Prerequisites
You are expected to be experienced in developing Business Intelligence applications using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008. Preferably you know how to use Microsoft Office Excel 2007 to analyze SQL Server Analysis Services databases. Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and PerformancePoint Server 2007 (Monitoring and Analytics) will help you to better understand the new features learned in this training.

As an experienced Microsoft Business Intelligence developer, you will learn how to use the latest features the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack has to offer. You learn how to use data visualization with maps and ATOM Data Feeds using SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services. You will learn everything about the latest self-service BI features, such as Report Libraries in Reporting Services. You will learn how you or the end-users in your organization create PowerPivot reports using Excel 2010. Finally, you will learn how to benefit from the latest Business Intelligence features SharePoint 2010 Insights offers you.
