Conceptual understanding of OLAP solutions.
Experience navigating the Microsoft Windows Server environment.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including:
-Basic knowledge of SQL
-Using SQL Server Agent
-Configuring SQL Server accounts (users and permissions)
Dimensional Modeling for the Data Warehouse (DMDWH)
Writing Queries using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Transact SQL (MS2778)
Course outline
In this three-day instructor-led course you will learn how to implement an Analysis Services solution. You will use the Analysis Services development tools to create an Analysis Services database, an OLAP cube and data mining model, and learn how to use the management and administrative tools to manage an Analysis Services solution.
