Online Meetup

With speaker Paul Bakker about the engineering culture at Netflix

The Unique Engineering Culture at Netflix

On behalf of Info Support we would like to personally invite you to the meetup we organize on January 27.

During this remote session ex-Info Supporter Paul Bakker (Netflix) will give some insights in why the Netflix culture is quite unique, and why it works.
He’ll talk about freedom & responsibility, team structure, unlimited vacation days, and some architecture and infrastructure as well.

Netflix has an engineering organisation of about two thousand engineers.
They operate at very large scale, and their users rely on the service to always work.
They are also constantly innovating and experimenting. Their culture around F&R, freedom and responsibility, is key in making this work.
