Windows Server 2003 R2 KN

While looking for a download on the Technet Plus website, i ran in to the above version of Windows. I never heard of this one. The website states: All “K” or “KN” versions of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003, which are included in your subscription, are intended for distribution solely to customers in the Republic of Korea. 

Another specific version? I wonder what they left out in this version.
