Encryption context Menu in Explorer

It may be old to you all, but for me it was a revelation that may help me in demo-ing more efficiently my EFS stuff:

HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftwindowsCurrentVersionExplorerAdvanced

make a new DWORD: EncryptionContextMenu and give it a value of 1. right click any document or folder and you have either the option to encrypt or decrypt right there, instead of having to open the properties and go to the advanced properties to enable or disable encryption.
