Let Windows bug you less frequently after updates
I really like the automatic update feature. I love having the latest & greatest :-).
However, if you get you windows updates scheduled, and Windows has installed some updates for you in the background, it keeps bugging you every ten minutes about having a restart when this is needed for an update. Of course, this always happens when you are busy with something (programming some hefty C# or so :-)) and do not want to be bugged.
You can change this setting however by editing a group policy. This can be done as follows:
1. Run gpedit.msc, this pops up the policy editor
2. Go to computer configuration/administrative templates/windows components/windows update
3. Modify the setting Re-prompt for restart with scheduled installations to a timing that more convenient for you..
