Upgrade possibilities if you have deployed a Beta 2 WSS v3 or Sharepoint Server

If you are testing a Beta 2 version of WSS v3 or Sharepoint Server you cannot upgrade it directly to RTM (when RTM is released).

You will need to upgrade to Beta 2 Technical Refresh first (The B2TR is going to be released pretty soon).
