weird behaviour in Vista

When playing around with Vista this morning I saw something strange: I use 3D-taskswitching and the funniest thing happen when doing that: My startbutton was included in the process.

look at the round “button” at the bottom…

I saw similar behaviour with the side bar, the problem is: the behaviour is not consistent. and this is something I do not like. something may be “by design” but then it has to be consistent. this problem appears and disappears to its own liking.

Oh they already delayed the launch, HMM wonder why….
